Eureses Global Limited ("Eureses", "the Institution", "we", "our") is an independent scientific research, engineering, and computing institution registered in the Federal Republic of Nigeria under the Companies and Allied Matters Act 2020 (Company Registration No. 9674170). This Privacy Policy details our protocols regarding the collection, processing, and protection of personal data from our global visitors, subscribers, applicants, and partners.

We limit our collection of personal information strictly to what is necessary for our operational tasks across our three primary divisions (Scientific Research, Engineering, and Computing). We collect data in the following contexts:

- Talent & Academic Inquiries: When applying for vacant positions within our executive leadership (such as Chief Research, Engineering, or Computing Officer) or divisional leadership (Fundamental/Applied Research, Hardware/Systems Engineering, Foundational Computing), we collect and evaluate resumes, qualifications, and transcripts to verify candidates against the Eureses standard.
- Institutional Correspondence: Contact made directly with Eureses via our official email (contact@eureses.com) is stored securely to coordinate answers.
2. Core Use of Information
Eureses processes information based on our legitimate research interest in solving unsolved problems through sustained, serious, undivided attention. Your data is handled to:
- Evaluate candidacy for research, engineering, and computing appointments under the Office of the Chief Executive.
- Verify theoretical physics, mathematical, and computer science foundations of applicants.
- Manage active project communications, updates, and deliverables across our 15 active projects constraint.
3. Data Protection and Zero Commercialization
Eureses operates for the world and is not built for profit first. We do not sell, rent, lease, distribute, or share subscriber email addresses or applicant files with marketing bureaus or advertising platforms. Access to applicant files is restricted strictly to the CEO Bukunmi Otesile and arm directorship leads evaluating candidate standards.
4. Retention Policy
We retain newsletter subscriptions indefinitely until an unsubscribe action is requested. CVs and academic materials submitted during inquiry phases are retained in our talent pipeline records for a period of up to three (3) years to identify the right moment, funding, and teams for future fundamental research projects.

We adhere to data protection principles that apply internationally. As a global visitor or applicant, you have the right to:
